All bookings are made without additional payments .
• Within 24 hours from the time of booking you will get our confirmation of commissioned service

• Your booking is kept till 6 p.m. on the arriving day.

• A hotel night starts at 2 p.m. and finishes at 12 p.m. the next day.

• In case of transfer payment we ask for sending us a transfer statement with full details of a company, NIP number and authorization for making out an in-voice without a receiver?s signature.

• In case of cancellation of booking and not informing us about it, we charge 100% of payment for the first twenty-four hours. If you want to cancel your booking please call us or fill in the form (marking CANCELLATION)

• JIf you want to change your booking, please call or fill in a form with new information and in the place of NOTICES describe the previous booking.
